Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the following conditions:

• Items and merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund (excluding any return shipping charges).
• There are no restocking fees for purchases under $800.
• Any return for a purchase over $800 will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
• Items that are NEW must be in perfectly brand new condition and returned with original packing materials and MUST be unopened. Returns for a new item that has been opened will be denied.
• Items that are USED must be packaged securely and returned exactly as they were sent. Returns for items that were packaged poorly or returned damaged will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs for any and all returns.
• Returns for purchases that were sold with free shipping will be refunded the purchase price minus a standard shipping rate fee.
• If a customer trades in or exchanges items a prepaid label will be sent.
• Returned items that do not meet the above conditions will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 100% of the purchase price for customers that abuse or repeatedly return their purchases. This restocking fee will be applied at our discretion in the event of frequent or excessive returns and/or abuse of our policies.
