This is for a Minolta Super A camera with its Super Rokkor 50mm f1.8 lens. The glass on this lens is incredible. The aperture is very responsive and focus wheel is smooth. No haze, no fungus, no significant scratches. The shutter speeds are accurate, and I film tested them using my phone as a light meter. No light leaks. The rangefinder window is super clean, and very fun to use.
I was lucky to have the experience of shooting test shots with this camera and lens. I shot some expired Fuji Superia film without a tripod and the results were outstanding. This lens is very very sharp! I loved the ergonomics of this camera. It is solidly built and feels great in your hands. It just feels right when you're taking photos. The rangefinder window is BIG, and the outline is very bright. It is easy to focus the camera with my left hand while framing the shot and holding the camera with my right. The shutter button and film advanced lever are in the perfect spot too, makes it very easy to take photos quickly.
